The road to accreditation
To achieve our ISO 9001 accreditation, the Globital team – an international one with offices in Pakistan, South Africa and Australia – was subjected to an extensive company-wide audit that included scrutiny of our management systems, reviews of our management system documentation and clearances of any non-conformances. We’re extremely proud to have passed all of these stages with flying colours.
The fact that we’re now accredited in no way means that we’re ready to rest on our laurels. In fact we’re more dedicated than ever to continue to improve and develop the brilliant services that have allowed us to achieve this achievement and we would like to take this opportunity to let all our agencies know that we have the processes and systems in place to not just maintain this accreditation, but to surpass it as well.
