A new independent Quality Assurance manager, Ali Sultan, has been appointed to oversee quality control processes across all service lines at Globital Australia and will be reporting directly to the Board.
The intention of this appointment is to enhance and improve even further our operational processes to ensure we are delivering on the standards we have set ourselves and those that our clients have come to expect from us. In order to ensure our faithfulness to implanting quality standards, Mr Sultan will establish an auditing and board level reporting framework for procedural processes. Our end goal is to be accredited with the international quality assurance accreditation certification.
